Paizo is well known for their preeminent world building. Golarion for Pathfinder 2e is a crazy, gonzo (but coherent) world with so many differently-themed areas it allows you to play any sort of fantasy campaign you want. The Starfinder 2e Galaxy Guide is similar and details Desna’s Path, the galaxy setting, with enough variety and adventure seeds/ideas to keep GMs and players interested for years of playing. Dystopian super-cities? Check. Space mining in the asteroid belt? Check. High tech space warriors or high magic space fantasy? Check. Mercenaries in war zones? Check. There are worlds and cultures for every type of adventure or campaign.

There is a big section on cities and ports, ideal for a campaign starting location. New backgrounds, galactic factions ( complete with faction-specific feats) and 6 new ancestries (including space dragonborn – oops, dragonkin) round out this nice little package. Well worth the investment for anyone interested in playing in the Starfinder 2e diaspora.
