Insightful Spectacles

Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement)

These finely crafted spectacles have lenses of polished crystal. Arcane sigils surround the rims. The user must be wearing the spectacles to activate them.

While wearing the spectacles the user has Advantage on INT (Investigation) checks. Once per long rest, the user can use a MAGIC action to activate the spectacles and cast either detect magic or see invisibility. Additionally, Once per day, the user can use a MAGIC action to cast legend lore without material components, but only on an object or person they can see while wearing the spectacles.
