Chair of Translocation

Wondrous item, very rare, requires attunement

This ornate, high backed, wooden chair is adorned with mystical runes and is plushly cushioned.

When a medium-sized, attuned user sits on the Chair of Translocation and speaks the command word, they can instantly teleport to any location they have visited before, as long as they can visualize the area. The chair travels with them to the new location. The attuned user can perform this action a maximum of 3 times per day. Teleporting using the chair can be mentally taxing – after each teleportation, the attuned user gains one level of exhaustion.

While seated in the chair, the attuned user is immune to all damage and harmful effects. This protection lasts as long as they remain seated, and they cannot take any actions or reactions while enjoying this immunity.

The Chair of Translocation contains a hidden compartment that can hold objects of up to 10 pounds in weight. These items are secure and cannot be accessed by anyone other than the chair’s attuned user.

The chair is immovable when unoccupied. It cannot be moved or transported by any means except when an attuned user teleports while sitting in it.
