Blooming Vase

Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement)

This elegant glass vase is exquisitely crafted with delicate floral patterns etched into its surface. A faint, ever-shifting mist swirls within. It preserves any flower or plant placed within it for an indefinite amount of time – they stay as fresh as the day they were picked and retain their vibrant colors and fragrant scent.

As an action, the attuned user can speak a command word to cause any preserved flower within the vase to bloom in a dazzling display of colors and scents. This effect lasts for 1 minute and can be used once per day. This has a calming effect on any allies within 30 feet, granting advantage on saves against fear effects. Any creature hostile to the attuned user that enters this radius must make a DC 15 Wisdom save or be charmed for 1 minute as they become captivated by the blooming beauty.
