Wooden Horse

Wondrous item, rare

This wooden talisman in the shape of a horse is small enough to hold in the palm of your hand. It has a button on its side; when pressed the talisman grows to the size of a warhorse – still made of wood, but animated, able to move like a real warhorse and respond to your commands.

Once enlarged, the Wooden Horse has the same statistics as a live warhorse and is immune to poison and psychic damage. Its animated state lasts for 1 hour, at which point it shrinks back to its original, inanimate size. The Wooden Horse can only be used once per day, recharging the next dawn.

If the Wooden Horse’s hit points are reduced to zero while in its full-size form, the talisman becomes broken and useless.
