I Live. A poem.

I live

         Amongst

                          Serrated tongues

                          And plastic

                         Hearts

                                                      Amongst

                         The detritus

                         Of bitter

                        meaning

And

                        Forlorn hopes

I live

          Because

                       I can

                                And will

                     Always

I live

    1. Thanks, Casey! I’m glad you connected with the poem. If you like that one you might want to try my poetry books, which contain some more experimental and visual pieces (a poetic form known as ‘concrete’ poetry) that you won’t find on my blog. Just click on the link below the poem to find out more 😊
