I love to take photographs and write poetry. Why not take a gander.
Steve 🙂
Beached. A poem.
Like an errant whale
Who misjudged the moon
You lie beached
In objection and isolation
Wondering when the tides
Would carry you home
But your languid, igneous soul
Is too heavy for the lightness
Of this seaside affair
And this fatal shore
Has an air of permanency
That erodes any thoughts
Of escape
